Cooling Stress, Part 2

Is a problem weighing on your mind? Use the process of "not thinking" to help.  

Try this:

  • Brainstorm for all possible solutions to your problem. Then, forget the issue for a few hours.
  • Wait for your brain's "email." Your rested brain will often send a creative solution into your mental "inbox" that's exactly on target.
